Basic care: What includes? Key holding, we arrange inspection to your property minimum 6 times a year, post box checked and emptied, bills management. Price: 320 euros per year + IVA
Gold care: What includes? Key holding, we arrange inspection to your property minimum 6 times a year, post box checked and emptied, bills management and we make up to 10 small repairments in your home per year. Price: 400 euros per year + IVA
Rental packages:
Basic rental package: What includes? Key holding, post box checked and emptied, bills management. We manage the rental of your property. Price: 280 euros per year + IVA
Advanced rental package: What includes? Key holding, post box checked and emptied, bills management. We arrange inspection to your property minimum 6 times a year during the time it is not ocuppied. We make up to 10 small repairments in your home per year. We manage the rental of your property. Price: 400 euros per year + IVA
